The Lincolnshire Wolds’ annual Vintage Motorsport Festival returns for 2019, for a race meeting like no other. Antique race cars from motor racing’s earlier days will be the stars of the show as the sport’s most heroic era comes back to life for the day.
The cars are the real stars in Formula Vintage, as they are authentic throwbacks to a period that pre-dates modern safety and technological innovations. The engines are enormous in many cases, seatbelts are few and far between, and traction control ‘doesn’t yet exist’…
Featured races at this event include the Triple M Register, Frazer Nash Race, Herbert Austin Challenge and the under 30s Race.
Aside from the racing, there will be plenty of retro-themed off-track attractions too, including special car displays.

Cadwell Park’s Mountain is one of the most iconic circuit features in international motorsport, and the Mountain Approach grandstand offers unrivalled views over this spectacular complex.

The atmosphere of the Mountain section at Cadwell Park is unique in international motorsport, and the Mountain Peak grandstand offers superb views over this spectacular complex. As the grandstand is level with the Mountain’s summit, you will see some of the riders become completely airborne!

With superb views across the circuit, Club Hairpin is a perfect vantage point. From the grandstand you can watch all the start line drama on the start/finish straight, racing action through the entrance to Coppice and even the infamous Mountain section. You will also be able to enjoy a good view of the Barn Corner exit.

To complement the beautiful cars competing in the Vintage Sports Car Championships on track, Cadwell Park will be swamped with a magnificent display of classic cars. If you have a vehicle worthy of a display space or belong to a club, you can apply for your free display space and tickets here.

Our Bandstand will take you back to yesteryear with some foot stomping live music from the The Washboard Resonators, Bluebird Belles Duo and Shannon Riley Trio.

You are welcome to bring your car or bike into the camping area with you. Please see the location tab, which gives directions to the camping area of the paddock.
There is no shop located on the venue, but there are supermarkets in nearby Louth (6 miles) and Horncastle (9 miles), and our Clubhouse restaurant will be serving hot food, snacks and drinks.
BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground, but open fires are not permitted. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol too. This must not be consumed in the Clubhouse.
Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Cadwell Park (except Guide/Assistance dogs), including the camping area.
The camping area will offer toilets and drinking water standpipes.
The toilets are cleaned throughout the weekend. Please help us by keeping them clean and tidy.
Please do not use the surrounding woods or bushes. If you are found doing so, you may be ejected from the camping area.
There are hot showers located in the paddock. Please be aware that the queues can be long at peak times.
There are plenty of bins provided, which are emptied during the weekend.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available in our Clubhouse restaurant.
Please note - there are no electrical hook-ups available.

The camping area is located to the North of the paddock, to the far side of the helicopter landing pad.
Vehicle access is marked on the map, please do not bring vehicles into the paddock.
We highly recommend keeping your valuables safe at all times, either by locking them in your car, or keeping them on your person.
MSV will accept no responsibility for loss or damage sustained to these items.
For emergencies, security can be located at the main gate, and will be making regular fire checks throughout the site.
Please note: Security may ask to see your ticket. Please ensure you have this on you at all times.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 23:30. This includes the use of generators wherever possible, particularly if they are portable external units. Any campers that persist in making excessive noise after this time may be evicted from the camping area without refund of ticket fees, or even banned from the venue permanently in extreme cases.
Road-registered vehicles are permitted within the camping area, but scooters and mini-motos are not permitted. Please be considerate of others and keep vehicle movement to a minimum. Sleeping in vans is not advised.
Campers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
Strictly no animals are allowed on site at any time, however Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted when pre-arranged with the venue.
Open fires are not permitted in the camping area (no wood burning). Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Please dispose of coals and single use barbecues (once cool) in the metal bins provided.
Never leave a hot stove or barbeque unattended. Keep roadways and fire lanes clear at all times. Store fuel and generators away from ignition sources. Fire extinguishers are located at various fire points around the camping area. Use only in an emergency and raise the alarm immediately.
The venue speed limit is 10mph. Only drive if strictly necessary and watch for children and paddock traffic.
Never use a portable barbeque or gas burner inside a tent, awning or enclosed space (for cooking, or heating when cold). A cooling barbeque can also give off poisonous gas.
Never run a generator inside a tent, awning or confined space. Consider purchasing a Carbon Monoxide alarm and use it inside your caravan or motor home if running an installed gas appliance.
Always check your gas cylinder for damage before using. Maintain good ventilation when using portable gas (remember to use it outside only).
Never smoke near any gas cylinder and keep all ignition sources away.

Visitors to events at all four MSV circuits can benefit from the use of free WiFi.
The service can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Brands Hatch, Snetterton and Oulton Park, plus venue restaurants (including Cadwell Park). This scale of coverage is unprecedented amongst UK motorsport venues.
To access the facility, provided free-of-charge via the Purple WiFi portal, users simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from their smartphone, tablet or PC and log in using their Facebook or email address details.
This free service is also available throughout the week, incorporating trackdays and testing in addition to weekend race events.

Carers of our disabled guests may be entitled to free admission at MSV's race events. Please contact our call centre on 0343 453 9000 or [email protected] to make arrangements, no later than one week before the event you wish to attend.

There is a dedicated parking and viewing area for our disabled guests alongside Chris Curve, Park Straight and near the Mountain. For access please follow signs for label holders via the main gate. Please ensure a blue badge is clearly displayed and visible to traffic marshals and await direction.
Yes, baby changing facilities can be found in our Clubhouse Bar and Restaurant and both paddock toilet blocks.

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment.
All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

The ticketholder shall only be entitled to a refund or exchange (at MSV's election) if an event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement for reasons that are within our reasonable control. Event tickets may not be sold, resold, donated, transferred or in any way disposed of without prior written permission from MSV.
